With more than 25 years of experience, he has built a career designing and implementing transformative technology solutions that align closely with business objectives. His cross-industry expertise positions him as a driving force behind innovation, scalability, and sustainable growth.
Richard is responsible for innovation, strategy and identifying and developing key use cases. Richard is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years’ experience in the global payments industry, and the founder of Paypump.
Heleon is responsible for the financial record-keeping and financial affairs of Paypump across all of its global structures. Heleon is a seasoned CFO with most of his career spent in the e-commerce and payments industry.
Apart from Malcolm having the most contagiously positive personality, Malcolm engages and manages key and strategic Paypump relationships. Malcolm comes from an M&A background and holds a PHD in Law.
Roux is primarily responsible for legals and regulatory positioning of Paypump solutions. Roux is an attorney at law, and regarded as one of the most accomplished payment industry legal specialists in Africa.
Andre oversees the underwriting and compliance function of the Paypump group. Andre is an attorney at law who acted as a specialised payment industry advisor on regulatory and compliance related matters before joining Paypump.
Neville brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Chief Technology Officer at Paypump. With over 17 years of experience in the ICT industry, Neville’s passion for technology and innovation drives his commitment to delivering exceptional results and advancing Paypump’s objectives.
Dom overseas the Group’s user experience, branding and marketing efforts. With over 17 years of expertise in branding, digital marketing and web development, he focuses on crafting seamless, impactful experiences that build trust and strengthen Paypump’s customer relationships.
Louise works alongside Heleon to ensure accurate financial record-keeping across the Paypump global group structure. With over 12 years of global experience as a qualified financial accountant, Louise understands the reliance of corporate decision-making on accurate information.
Techa comes from a strong operations background in the Paypump group, but recently moved to a compliance role where she fulfils the deputy MLRO position. Techa recently enrolled for a degree in law with her sights set on a career in compliance.
Alf advises the board on macro security and risk matters, drawing on his extensive career in loss control. As part of the compliance team, he contributes to onboarding, file reviews, and identifying compliance risks. He is a seasoned security professional with international experience across multiple security and risk management disciplines.
More than 30 years Administrative / Secretarial experience of which 7 years were as Lead Administration on two large projects in South Africa prior to her current role at Paypump.
